Getting rid of deep and stubborn blackheads on nose

So you have tried these home remedies, but are not happy with the results? Do you have blackheads with roots running deep down into your skin which damages your skin pores when picked and also leaves scar marks and holes on your skin when picked? While blackhead strips may help get rid of these blackheads without any pain, here’s advice on eliminating those deep blackheads on nose.

Steaming

The first step involves using facial steam for opening up the skin pores and making your skin soft. Your blackheads thus come out easily when you use scrubs afterwards. To take a facial steam, you need a bowl of hot water and a towel.

After thoroughly washing your face, pour boiling water in a bowl and place it on a table or plain surface. Position yourself so that your face is over the bowl and its steam reaches your face, particularly your nose. Be careful, don’t get very close to the bowl as you may burn yourself.

Use the towel to cover your head so that the steam does not escape and remain in the position for 1-3 minutes or as long as you can tolerate the heat. Then pat your face dry using a towel. Then use a mild scrub to eliminate the blackheads which are now soft and ready to be pushed out easily.

Exfoliation

You need a mild scrub like baking soda scrub to exfoliate the skin as excessive rubbing of your steamed skin can worsen the condition of the nose blackheads. Baking soda scrub helps cleanse your pores and drives out all impurities like dead cells, excessive oil, dirt and grime and isn’t harsh on your skin.

Make a scrub mixing 1 tbsp. baking soda, 3-4 tsp. water and a few drops lemon juice to get a paste like consistency. Apply it over your nose after cleaning the skin on your nose and leave it on for a few minutes.

Rub the paste on your nose in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes and then wash off and pat dry. Repeat once or twice a week if you have frequent blackheads problems on your nose.

Extraction

After taking steam, opening the pores and applying the scrub, you find the roots of your deep blackheads growing weak. You thus can easily eliminate the blackheads on your nose. You can either use an extractor or the old method of a tip of a towel, which is a bit harsher than the otherwise soft texture of your towel.

Taking a towel and holding its corner tip 2-3 inches out of your closed palm, rub its tip gently against the direction of blackheads. Do this gently and not harshly for about 1-2 minutes and then apply some rose water on your nose.

Most of the blackheads would have fallen off by now, thus leaving your nose finally free from blackheads.
