How to get rid of rashes under breast- Part 2

So you now know how apple cider vinegar, cornstarch and a cold compress can help reduce any rashes you have under your breast. Besides these everyday items, there are some other herbs in your kitchen which prove helpful at getting rid of all those rashes under your breast.

Garlic

Garlic is one of them as it has strong antifungal and antiseptic properties in its allicin. As allicin is released only when you crush raw garlic, its better applying a paste on the rashes instead of just adding garlic to your daily diet.

Just crush the garlic using a mortar pestle or blender with a little water to get a paste. Apply this paste on the rashes under your breast, leave it on for 15- 20 minutes and then wash off. For best results, repeat 2-3 times a day.

Lemon

Lemon has lots of vitamin C, a strong antioxidant which helps fight off free radicals and keeps your skin healthy, young and infection free. As it also helps balance your skin’s pH levels, fungi and bacteria do not thrive there. Moreover, lemon also helps speed up the healing process.

Add a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice with 3-4 tablespoons of water and use a cotton ball to apply the mixture to the rashes. You can also add 2 tbsp. of lemon juice with half to a teaspoon of honey and apply the mixture to the rashes.

Leave it for 15-20 minutes and then wash off. Another way to use lemon juice is to add a few drops to your bathing water and taking a bath with it while focusing the water on the rashes under the breast.

Whichever method you use, do not step out into the sun after applying lemon juice to the body parts with direct contact with sun rays. This is because the skin grows photo sensitive when you apply lemon juice to it.

Turmeric

The active ingredient curcumin in turmeric has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which helps in treating skin disorders, rashes and even any bacterial infections. Just take half a teaspoon of turmeric and add to a glass of boiling water. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes and then wash the rashes with this solution when it cold down.

If the rashes are not that deep, just make a turmeric powder paste with water and apply to the rashes, without boiling the water. You can also mix half to a tsp. of turmeric with 1-2 tsp. of aloe Vera gel and apply to the rashes to wash off after 10 – 15 minutes.

If you frequently suffer from skin rashes and diseases, just boil half a tsp. of turmeric in a glass of milk and drink every day. Another option is to apply turmeric oil to the rashes. Just remember that turmeric stains anything it comes in contact with, so be careful with your clothes while applying turmeric to rashes under the breast.
